Registration legal areas

The advocates listed below have registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas:

insolvency law, company law.

Mr. M.M.J. Bos is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas];
private and family law (divorces, (childrens) alimony, parental access arrangements, parental authority, international private law, acknowledgement or denial of fatherhood, juvenile protection law, mediation), criminal law (financial economic criminal law, environmental criminal law, juvenile criminal law). 

Mr. A.J. van der Duijn Schouten is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas];
insolvency law, company law.

Mr. J. Gonlag is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas];
employment law (employee participation, collective redundancies), public service law, social security law (employee insurances). 

Mr. A.H.F. Kluwen is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas];
employment law, public service law.

Mr. J. van Meerkerk is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas];
insolvency law, personal injury, company law.

Mr. P.J.A. Nieuwland is registered for [principal (and secondary) legal practice areas];
insolvency law, company law.

Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
