In recent years De Koning Advocaten has been an adviser on a large number of transactions ranging in value from several million to hundreds of millions of euros. If problems arise, we strive to resolve them as effectively and quickly as possible with a business-like approach. We do this for both start-ups and major established companies which operate both nationally and internationally.

We also regularly negotiate for clients and will act as arbiters and mediators in disputes if requested. If an amicable solution cannot be found, we are ready to take all necessary steps to safeguard your rights and initiate legal action.
