Pieter Nieuwland

Pieter has worked at De Koning Advocaten since 1997. After graduating Pieter worked in international business. He started at De Koning Advocaten in 1997. Pieter deals mainly with company law, mergers, acquisitions and companies in difficulties.

Pieter advises companies on their legal structure, corporate governance, acquisitions and joint ventures. Pieter also has extensive experience in advising companies and directors facing bankruptcy, suspension of payments or WHOA proceedings. Pieter is regularly appointed as receiver and he assists directors and supervisory directors who have a difference of opinion with a receiver.
